Cancellations and modifications to orders for same day delivery orders must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. For pre-orders, cancellations and modifications to orders must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch. Refunds will only be processed for cancellations within this timeframe. Please note that additional charges may apply for any changes to your order, depending on the items selected. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes made after this deadline.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you or a designated person is available to receive your order on the delivery day. We cannot be held liable for incorrect address information or for delivery attempts made when no one is present to accept. You may incur re-delivery charge if a second attempt is made to deliver to you
If you are ordering a gift, please make sure the recipient is informed or available, so they are prepared for the delivery.
While we strive to provide timely deliveries, we cannot take responsibility for any delays caused by our courier once your order has been dispatched. We will, however, keep you informed about your delivery status.
As all boxes are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the order is damaged. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
