4. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to availability.
• Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be completed at the time of order via [accepted payment methods].

5. Delivery Policy

• We deliver baked foods within Saskatoon.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If no one is available to receive the order, it will not be refunded, and you may incur a re-delivery fee.
• We deliver ready to baked foods beyond Saskatoon, but we reserve the right to cancel an order made from outside saskatoon if any of our shipping partners cannot ship to that particular location.
  Such cancellations will be fully refunded within 48 hours

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order.
• Refunds will be processed within 24 hours for any errors on our part or issues with the order. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the cutoff.

7. Food Safety and Allergens

• We take food safety seriously and we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination.
• Our food products contain some food allergens like Gluten(flour), milk and eggs. All major food allergens, if present will be declared in our product description
