How To Bake

Keep sausage rolls frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw.

• Preheat your oven to 350°F (178°C).
• Line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking and place the frozen sausage rolls on the tray, ensuring they are spaced apart for even cooking.
• Brush with Eggs for a golden finish. You can use mayonnaise as an alternative.
• Place the sausage rolls in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the sausage rolls are golden brown and heated through.
• For a darker golden crust, increase oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 5 mins or until desired color is reached Cool and Serve
• Allow the sausage rolls to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
